Different work. Different accountability.

Producer, carrier, abattoir, inspector, independent grader, exporter, importer and payment provider each have distinct duties. No party should rely on a verbal update where an independently checkable record is available.

Physical custodyNamed outgoing and incoming representatives confirm condition, quantity/identity basis, time, place and exceptions at every transfer.

Commercial titleOwnership, risk, insurance and payment timing are defined in the executed contract. They do not change automatically at farm gate.

Independent evidenceGrading, inspection, certification and payment confirmation come from the appointed qualified provider, not from Nalham.

Exception disciplineA mismatch creates a dated case with evidence, a named decision-maker and a rule for undisputed amounts; it is never silently overridden.
